
Talent Acquisition Specialist
THIS POSITION IS FULLY ON-SITE IN ONTARIO, CA - NO REMOTE OR HYBRID SCHEDULE AVAILABLE
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role for the Region's staffing needs to support a variety of our hospitals in California and Nevada. This is a fast-paced full cycle recruitment environment in which expectations and weekly goals are set.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a hunter's mentality while providing white glove candidate experience and strong negotiation skills to close deals.
You will be expected to strategize with your TA Manager in order to implement recruiting and selection approaches that address both present requirements and future workforce needs at the hospital.
Clinical Roles you will be hyper focused on filling include but are not limited to:
- RN
- LVN
- CNA
- Rad Techs
- Nuc Med Techs
- CT Techs
- CVR Techs
- Other Non-Clinical Roles
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Updating Job Descriptions to include - Marketable titling and CA pay Transparency
- Sourcing and screening candidates for specific job openings, verifying they meet minimum qualifications.
- Coordinating and monitoring interviews with hiring managers within TA SOP timeframes
- Establishing strong partnerships with internal HR departments, senior management, and external collaborators to synchronize recruitment strategies with company goals.
This position is instrumental in securing top talent to support the organization's growth and success.
