What You'll Do
- Audit any of the daily inventory reports; transits, lost sales, back stock audits, deleted locations, receipt exceptions, and out of stock.
- Prepare defective merchandise for disposition which includes contacting vendors.
- Preparing shipments for return to vendors.
- Communicate with vendors and buyers, customers and customer service when a problem exists with merchandise.
- Prepares manifest for salvage and schedules pick up.
- Excellent attendance and reliable predictability a must
- Adheres to DC housekeeping guidelines
- Performs all other tasks and duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to work 100% of the time moving about in the work area
- Ability to perform work tasks while bending, stooping, lifting, and squatting
- Ability to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English
- Must be able to identify and count merchandise
- Must be able to operate a handheld scanner
- Must be able to operate heavy equipment at high elevations
- We're willing to train those who are eager to learn
- Large scale cycle counts (500 - 10,000)
- RF Scanner experience
- 5AM Start Time
- Weekends off
- $18.40/hour
- 8 paid holidays
