Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complex travel arrangements, including international itineraries.
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and coordinate meetings.
- Process and audit expense reports for compliance.
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations.
- Assist in planning company events, workshops, and retreats.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of administrative experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle shifting priorities and work independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting upper management in a fast-paced environment.
