- Performs a variety of administrative and clerical functions including, but not limited to typing and computer work.
- Assist in storage functions to include signing customers up for new accounts, receive payments update customer’s information terminate storage accounts and send out monthly bill.
- Opens and secures the Auto Shop. Incumbent schedules appointments and maintains automotive shop schedule.
- May provide grounds maintenance such as grass cutting, weed eating, and leaf, limb debris removal.

5. Knowledge of automotive repair order and billing systems.

When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
