
MWR Bowling Center Operations Assistant (Duty Manager) First Cut off 02/28/2025
- Responsible for monitoring sales to ensure established policies are adhered to during a shift. Operates a point of sales (POS) system to document sales.
- Must obtain CARE training, food service training and customer service training within 90 days of employment.
- Performs first level supervisory duties which include recommending hiring and disciplinary actions, training, job assessments, etc. Provides work direction to subordinates to ensure high level of customer service is maintained in the facility.
- Reviews the schedule of functions that are to take place during assigned shift. Monitors operations to ensure Bowling programs and Bowling snack bar operations run smoothly taking corrective action as necessary. Works with staff to ensure that all planned events take place as scheduled. Ensures standard operating procedures are adhered to. Communicates any issues to supervisor.
- Ensures established closing procedures are followed to secure building after shift.
- This position is subject to irregular working hours including early shift, late shift, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as rotating shifts, often consisting of other than normal duty hours.
- Performs other related or incidental duties as assigned. May assist with special events as needed.
