Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Developing guidance and governance policies for order fulfillment processes and policies; 2) Initiating order fulfillment reviews to determine process control and continuous improvement opportunities; 3) Creating recommendations on major changes in organizational structure; AND 4) Advising and providing strategic level briefings to senior leaders. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-13.
