Responsibilities :
Oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive test strategy for a complex system integration and data migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing test environments, gathering requirements, and collaborating with development and DevOps teams to ensure seamless system functionality.
  • Test Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive test strategy, including planning, execution, validation, and continuous improvement.
  • Test Environment Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and monitoring of testing environments, ensuring alignment with system requirements.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine test requirements, ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.
  • Test Case Development: Design, document, and execute integration test cases, ensuring thorough validation of system functionality and interoperability.
  • Defect Management: Identify, track, and prioritize defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • DevOps Collaboration: Leverage DevOps tools and practices to streamline test automation, continuous integration, and deployment processes.
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential risks related to system integration and work proactively to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates on testing progress, challenges, and recommendations to project managers, engineers, and leadership teams.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information/Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or equivalent discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in system integration testing, with a strong background in test strategy development and execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • DevOps Knowledge: Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Requirement Gathering: Strong ability to elicit, document, and manage test-related requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with development, DevOps, and business teams.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with performance and security testing methodologies.
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
