We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team at Lendbuzz. The ideal candidate will play a key role in applying payments to customer accounts, managing payment adjustments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage and apply incoming payments to loan payment tables to ensure both accuracy and timely processing
  • Collaborate with other teams at Lendbuzz to pinpoint and confirm the correct payment destinations, ensuring smooth financial operations
  • Identify, document, and implement required adjustments to payment tables to maintain accurate records and address discrepancies
  • Calculate and prepare refund payments for customers or dealerships as necessary, ensuring adherence to company policies
  • Assist the accounting team with various projects and tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the department




Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration with team members and other departments
  • Previous experience customer payment applications is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
