Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary + Overtime/Bonus
Schedule: 4x Days in Office (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and direct visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, screen, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and welcoming.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating conference room bookings, and maintaining calendars.
- Perform light administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure all essential items are stocked.
- Visitor Management:
- Track visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed.
- Assist in preparing materials for meetings or presentations as needed.
- Team Collaboration:
- Provide support to various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Assist with managing office mail, deliveries, and office-wide communications.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
