Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Operations Associate to support the CEO and senior leadership team in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and ensuring seamless execution of key projects. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate with 1-2 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in executive operations and strategic planning.

As a key partner to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in managing priorities, streamlining processes, and ensuring the efficient operation of the executive office. This position is designed as a pathway to a Deputy Chief of Staff or Chief of Staff role, offering unparalleled exposure to high-level decision-making and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Strategic Coordination

  • Serve as a trusted liaison to the CEO, managing priorities, follow-ups, and action items.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing special projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.

Operations & Project Management

  • Support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity.
  • Assist in planning and executing strategic offsites, board meetings, and leadership retreats.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Draft internal communications, memos, and executive summaries.
  • Act as a bridge between the CEO and key stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, investors, and key business contacts.

Data & Analysis Support

  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare executive briefings and synthesize key takeaways from industry reports and internal data.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, consulting, or project management role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Must be based in New York City and available to work in person ~3 days per week
