Oversee all managerial and administrative aspects of construction projects including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting, billing, design coordination, cost management, safety compliance, and proposal preparation.
Pre-Construction Phase
- Develop accurate and comprehensive project estimates
- Collaborate with owners and design teams to refine concept drawings
- Lead proposal meetings to review scope, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide value engineering solutions
- Manage the subcontractor selection and buyout process
Project Execution
- Conduct bi-weekly on-site progress meetings
- Efficiently manage multiple high-priority tasks under deadline pressure
- Maintain clear communication with leadership, team members, and mentees

- Coordinate multiple concurrent activities to achieve project objectives
Necessary Qualifications
- 1-5 years' of hands-on construction experience as a project manager, assistant project manager, field engineer or related internships.
- Experience within light industrial and commercial markets in projects up to and exceeding $20M
