As the Part Time Contract Benefits Analyst, reporting to the Manager, Global Benefits and Retirement Plans, the Benefits Analyst will collaborate with internal key stakeholders – including the Global HR team, Finance, and Legal – and external vendors to ensure compliance and seamless delivery of benefits. This individual will manage a variety of responsibilities, including leading annual Open Enrollment in the U.S., coordinating Request for Proposals (RFPs), conducting data-driven analyses and reporting, non-discrimination testing and Form 5500 preparation in the U.S., global leave of absence coordination, vendor management support for 60 vendors worldwide and providing exceptional customer service to their associates.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, Finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on global benefits programs.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects with cross-functional teams and external brokers and vendors.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements across multiple regions (U.S., Canada, UK, India, and other EMEA/APAC countries).
- Eagerness to improve processes and create a more valuable, impactful benefits program.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Strong integrity, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably ADP and/or Workday) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Preferred experience with global benefits providers, and a solid understanding of global renewals, RFP processes, and vendor management.
