Key Duties

  • Support the preparation of a daily cash overview, providing a high-level summary for the investment team (detailed cash reconciliations are handled by our external middle office partner).
  • Help compile daily performance metrics to reflect how portfolio trading affects results and ensure compliance across our platform.
  • Contribute to daily operational tasks, including loan processing, trade support, and resolving discrepancies alongside the middle office team.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of monthly reports from trustees.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of quarterly financial distributions.
  • Run hypothetical analyses, such as potential trades, portfolio stress tests, and optimization scenarios, to support the Portfolio Manager’s decision-making.
  • Aid in creating and updating sensitivity analyses to track high-risk assets, defaults, and distressed holdings on a daily basis.
  • Assist in finalizing the setup of structured investment vehicles, such as CLO warehouses.
  • Support the alignment process on key dates, coordinating between internal teams, external partners, trustees, and auditors.
  • Help track the progress and buildup of CLO warehouses.
  • Leverage a strong understanding of credit agreements and legal documents to provide analytical support to the team.
  • Monitor multiple systems to confirm compliance with governing terms for each structured product.
  • Assist in preparing tailored reports or responses for investors, delivered on a monthly, quarterly, or as-needed basis.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant CLO / private credit operations experience
