Responsibilities

  • Lead HR operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across employment, payroll, benefits, and workplace policies.
  • Direct and develop the HR team, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management to maintain a high-performing function.
  • Provide strategic counsel to management on employment matters, including hiring, compensation, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and enforce workplace policies, offering guidance on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective employee communication.
  • Implement and optimize HR systems, including payroll and HRIS platforms, to improve efficiency and data management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including OSHA, FMLA, FLSA, ERISA, and EEO.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including benefits providers and HR technology partners, to optimize services and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations and employee experience.
  • Collaborate across departments to support business objectives and align HR strategies with company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including corporate-level HR management.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law, compensation structures, payroll administration, and benefits programs.
  • Experience managing HRIS and payroll systems with a focus on process optimization.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to mentor and guide HR professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive HR matters.
  • Ability to provide clear guidance to leadership and employees.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

  • $125,000 + bonus
