Job Description: Maintenance and Reliability Engineer
Location: Lititz, PA

- Maximo Software Management: Conduct PM audits using Maximo, identifying discrepancies and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the system. Maximo is our globally used electronic computerized management system.
- Plant and Lab Environment: Work in both plant and lab environments, applying maintenance and reliability expertise to ensure smooth operations.
- Shop Floor and Office Work: Split time between the office and the shop floor, engaging in hands-on tasks and collaborating with various teams.
- Industry-Specific Tasks: Apply knowledge from food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing environments, with a focus on bottle packaging processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in maintenance and reliability within a plant environment. Familiarity with lab maintenance is a plus.

- Education: STEM degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
