The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of automation and system integration enhancements, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementations (preferably in pharmaceuticals or revenue management systems).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with SDLC processes.
  • Experience managing system integration projects involving JD Edwards, Model-N Flex, Oracle CPQ, Dell Boomi, and data warehouses.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing vendor relationships.
  • Ability to work with technical teams to define system integration requirements, reporting tools, and automation frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Power BI is a plus.
  • PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical revenue management, chargebacks, rebates, and government pricing (340B, HIN, DEA regulations).
  • Experience with compliance and audit processes in a regulated industry.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize business processes for system automation.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
