Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the overall project portfolio, encompassing all stages of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive project tracking system to monitor project progress, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Collaborate with various department heads to gather project requirements, set priorities, and facilitate resource allocation.
  • Design and implement a project prioritization system to aid the executive team in making informed decisions about project funding and execution.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure projects align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee a team of project managers and specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain hands-on involvement in projects as needed to ensure successful execution and resolution of complex issues.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout project execution.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project portfolio management within a CDMO or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in using project management tools and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in construction projects or facilities management within a regulated industry is highly desirable.

Hourly Range: $75-$90/hr
