Key Responsibilities:

- Modeling & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and reporting tools to track key financial performance metrics. Ensure data accuracy and provide in-depth analysis of trends and variances.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with various departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to gather relevant data and provide actionable financial insights to drive decision-making.
- Variance Analysis: Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis, comparing actual results to budgets, forecasts, and prior periods. Communicate findings to senior management, highlighting key drivers and areas of concern.
- Decision Support: Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, assisting with business strategy, investment decisions, and operational improvements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes, enhance automation, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support ad-hoc financial analysis as required, including scenario modeling, profitability analysis, and capital expenditure evaluations.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with accounting, operations, and business unit leaders to ensure alignment on financial targets and assumptions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CPA equivalent preferred).
- 2-4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, public accounting or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
- Expertise in financial software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, financial planning software such as Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, or similar tools).
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data and communicate findings clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
