As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to elevate our market presence and drive our next phase of success.

This is a solo marketing role, perfect an individual contributor and enjoys both strategy and execution. In this this role, you’ll take ownership of all marketing functions while working closely with sales and operations to fuel business growth. If you're a well-rounded marketing professional who enjoys both big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, this is the opportunity for you!

Position Summary

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns with business goals and drives revenue growth. Manage budget, track performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure strong ROI while expanding Pak-Tec’s market presence and supporting sales success.
  • Content Creation: Manage and execute content development including customer testimonies, product brochures, white papers, testimonials, blogs, graphics, videos, and web content.
  • Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including website, blogs, and social media. Oversee third-party marketing agencies for advanced SEO, PPC, and web development functions.
  • Campaign Management and Sales Support: Plan, execute, and monitor targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive engagement and lead generation. Define target account profiles and collaborate with sales to prospect, engage, qualify, and assign leads.
  • CRM and Sales Automation: Work with CRM vendors to improve functionality, maintain contact databases and develop sale automation workflows. Current marketing stack includes Infor CRM, ZoomInfo, and Hubspot.
  • Brand Development: Develop and manage consistent branding guidelines and standards across all mediums, including print, digital, documentation, apparel, and more.
  • Trade Shows Support: Assist in planning and coordinate exhibitions at industrial, including booth design, content creation, pre-show advertising, and post show follow up.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial equipment or packaging industry
  • Proven ability to independently manage and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Experience setting up and managing CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong content development skills, including writing, basic graphic design and video production.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics).
  • Experience managing trade shows, vendor relationships, and marketing budgets.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities without direct supervision.
