PM with Foreign Exchange (FX) exp

This important and complex project has several high-risk components and requires a professional who has exceptional communication and project management skills as the successful candidate will work directly with the Head of Capital Markets and senior level technology leaders.
Role: Project Manager in the Banking & Markets team to manage upgrade of the FX system.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the upgrade of the FX system that has several intersections with other systems (e.g. Murex).
• Collaborate and communicate with the Banking and Markets team, including the Head of Capital Markets and Technology leadership.
• Work directly with business stakeholders, understand the business requirements and be the go between the business and technology.
• Own reporting, status updates, and driving progress across the project.
• Create full project plans and track key milestones / risks / dependencies - be the key coordinator to ensure activities are completed.
• Present on status to executives.
• Work in an Agile environment.

Required Skills:

• Communication written, verbal, presentation - will own the status reporting and present to executives
• Project Management - proven PM implementation experience (5+ years). PMP highly preferred.
• 10+ years overall professional experience
• Organized can prioritize work
• Proactive, attention to detail gets things done
• Stakeholder management
• Banking experience - specifically Global FX highly preferred
• Agile
• ADO (Azure DevOps) / Jira

Preferred skills:

• PMP certified
• Global FX experience
