**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of alternative investment funds, including private equity, hedge funds, and real estate funds.
- Prepare and review financial statements, investor reports, and other regulatory filings in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant standards.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other service providers to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and control.

- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in alternative investment fund accounting.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CFA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in fund accounting, with a focus on alternative investments.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
