Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO. This role is unique and extends beyond traditional administrative duties, offering the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business.
As the Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations while also contributing to key business functions. Approximately 30% of your time will be dedicated to traditional administrative tasks such as scheduling, office management, and executive support. The remainder will be spent supporting various teams, managing special projects, and ensuring the overall success of FoundersCard’s initiatives.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, calendar management, travel coordination, and office organization.
- Support new employee onboarding, including building access, computer setup, and other necessary preparations.
- Assist in planning and executing FoundersCard member events
- Support the marketing team with creative tasks, content coordination, and brand-related initiatives.
- Manage and respond to inbound partnership inquiries.
- Conduct outreach to past-due members to facilitate payment updates.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who is looking for more than a traditional 9-5 job and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in event planning, marketing support, or business operations is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting where responsibilities may shift as business needs evolve.
- Strong sense of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
