MAINTENANCE WORKER
- You will fabricate, install, and repair doors, windows, floors, doorframes, window frames, and more, matching and fitting exterior and interior trim and molding.
- You will utilize shop equipment including table and cut-off saws, drills, shaper, mortiser, jointer, and sanders, as well as standard hand tools of the carpentry trade.
- You will measure and cut materials to the required lengths and dimensions and ensure installed components are level and accurately aligned.
- You will install structural and trim items by nailing, bolting, mortising, doweling, and gluing.
- You will prepare a variety of building surfaces and equipment for painting; mix paints; and apply primer, intermediate, and finish coats using brushes, rollers, and/or spray guns.
