In this exciting position, you’ll provide vital administrative support to the Head of Education and the Education Management Team, helping to shape and enhance educational initiatives. Role Responsibilities

- Act as a point of contact for Education clients, coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and maintaining records.

- Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollment, course setup, and learner tracking.

- Monitor and manage communication channels (e.g., group chats, teaching services email) to ensure timely responses and updates.

- Manage the scheduling and support of university courses, including instructor coordination.

- Maintain compliance with established content management processes, including quality control checks and legal considerations such as copyright.

- Keep up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardise education processes and improve efficiency.

- Support onboarding and training of radiologists and teaching specialists engaging with educational content.

- Collaborate with the Head of Education to develop and implement processes for maintaining and updating educational content.

Skills Required

- Previous experience working within an administrative role is essential.

- Experience or familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Brightspace) and digital content management.

- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks effectively.

- High competency in using digital collaboration tools such as GSuite, HubSpot, and Asana.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and content databases.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.

- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and coordinate global education initiatives.
