  • Implement leadership and skill-building programs
  • Oversee HR policies, compliance, and benefits administration
  • Serve as part of the executive team driving company culture
  • Manage a team of 5 HR professionals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in either Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Experienced HR leader who has been in a Director or VP level role
  • Experience with HR compliance and retention strategies
  • Construction industry experience is a plus but not required
