Customer Care Coordinator (8100)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their product and service needs are met. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who will assist in managing customer orders, inventory, and provide exceptional customer service.

General Job Duties:

  • Assist customers in identifying their product needs and ensure the accuracy of their orders.
  • Manage daily paperwork related to sales and inbound material receipts.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.
  • Provide customers with up-to-date product literature and specifications.
  • Assist with job costing adjustments for special projects.
  • Participate in ongoing training and educational programs to stay current with industry developments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of the industrial or construction industry preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in basic software applications.
  • Basic math skills for job costing and order processing.
  • Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
