  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are working exclusively with a leading, global investment management firm, who are looking for a high caliber VP to join their Fund Finance division, focused on subscription facilities.

This is a role that will come with significant career advancement opportunities, and will work closely with executive members of the firm/Partners regularly.

Please note: this role can be based in NYC, San Francisco, or Dallas, TX.

Key responsibilities:

  • Share responsibility for fund financing arrangements for a variety of funds.
  • Responsible for management of fund finance lenders.
  • Structuring, negotiating and documenting fund finance transactions.
  • Actively manager their loan book, monitoring market conditions for repricing, extension, restructuring and documentation of fund finance transactions.
  • You will be the firms' industry representative at industry events and conferences.
  • Work closely with Deal teams and other cap markets teams to provide credit support.
  • The firm is looking for a strong candidate with 5-8 years of experience in fund finance, credit structuring, liability management or debt capital markets role at a major FS firm or investment manager.

There is a basic salary on offer at $200,000 - $260,000 + bonus + benefits.
