  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a background in the financial/banking space. The Business Systems Analyst should have experience supporting payments platforms and projects in the banking industry.

Experience of the right candidate:

  • 5 + years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience in the financial/banking industry.
  • Experience supporting payments platforms in the banking space.

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to property pay and payment systems.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the property pay and payment domain.
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and workshops with stakeholders and development teams to review progress, address issues, and refine requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, detailing project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the development team to design technical solutions that meet business requirements while considering scalability, performance, and security.
  • Provide input on data modeling, system integration, and API design related to property pay and payment processes.
  • Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and test cases to guide development and testing efforts.
  • Participate in the development and execution of test plans to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
  • Work with QA teams to validate test results and ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
  • Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
