Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 Base Salary + 35% Commission (after seat cost)

Job Description: As a Business Development Representative, you will be actively prospecting new accounts and managing the day to day operations in a cradle to grave role. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and capable of building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Manage C2G sales processes, ensuring timely follow-up with clients and operations teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the efficient delivery of services to clients.
- Track client interactions and assist in maintaining a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Help drive the business’s growth by supporting outreach, sales presentations, and proposal development.
- Continuously work to meet sales targets and help grow revenue streams.
