Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the firm’s reputation and visibility in the legal industry.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all firm communications, marketing materials, and digital content.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns across digital, print, and industry-specific platforms to attract potential clients and strengthen the firm’s market presence.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to create marketing content, including articles, legal insights, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee website management, including content updates, SEO optimization, and UI/UX improvements.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute a strategic social media plan across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging content that highlights firm successes, legal expertise, and attorney accomplishments.
  • Monitor social media engagement, track analytics, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and impact.
  • Respond to social media interactions and inquiries to enhance client engagement and relationships.
  • Manage the firm’s email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, client updates, and event invitations.

Event Planning & Sponsorships

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute firm-sponsored events, networking functions, and industry conferences.
  • Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, branding, and guest list management.
  • Identify and manage sponsorship opportunities with legal organizations, industry associations, and professional groups.
  • Work closely with attorneys and leadership to support business development efforts through event participation.
  • Promote events through targeted marketing campaigns, email outreach, and digital promotions.
  • Handle all internal staff functions, holiday parties, and firm-wide gatherings to support employee engagement.

Travel & Scheduling Coordination

  • Arrange corporate travel logistics for attorneys and firm leadership, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Manage scheduling needs, including client meetings, firm events, and speaking engagements.
  • Maintain a structured calendar management system to ensure seamless coordination of travel, events and deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support related to scheduling conflicts, travel changes, and last-minute adjustments.

Internal & External Communications

  • Draft and distribute internal and external communications, including firm announcements, press releases, and attorney recognitions.
  • Assist attorneys in crafting business development plans and support partners in managing key client relationships.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on prospective clients, competitors, and target industries.
  • Develop and update marketing content, including website content, attorney biographies, practice area descriptions, and firm capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or event planning within the legal industry or professional services is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and advertising strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work with attorneys.
  • Experience in website management, SEO, and content creation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with legal industry marketing trends and professional networks is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with firm leadership and attorneys.
