Job Description
Independently performs day to day operation of identity and directory services technologies in support of enterprise identity, authentication, and authorization services (such as Microsoft AD, Identity Federation,PKI,MFA). These operational activities include monitoring ticket queues and responding to incident tickets received from the service desk as well as processing change requests and resolving technology issues. Day to day support activities could include:
Setting up users with Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).
Troubleshooting access to Password Management application.
Account issues vary from restoring accounts, fixing issues with Single Sign On (SSO).
Troubleshooting Active Directory Domain Services.
Troubleshooting Active Directory Federation Services.
Troubleshooting Active Directory Certificate Services.
Supports team efforts to implement ongoing improvements to identity and authentication capabilities and infrastructure configurations.
Supports business and technology initiatives which require assistance from the identity services team.
