The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Calabasas, CA is $200,000 - $220,000/annual plus bonus. - Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Performance Management: Manage performance management systems that align with business objectives, ensuring employee performance is measured, supported, and aligned with company goals.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards to attract and retain top talent while maintaining financial sustainability.
- Training & Development: Create and implement employee development programs to upskill the workforce, foster career growth, and promote a learning culture.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure HR practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations, managing risk and addressing any employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Leadership Development: Implement programs to develop future leaders within the organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree and proven experience in people operations or human resources leadership roles, typically 10+ years. HRCI or SHRM certification is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable people strategies.
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- In-depth knowledge of People best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with proven ability to build networks and establish strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience managing projects from start to finish, typically with a high level of detail and technical complexity.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
