  • Assist Business Manager in the selection of employees and in training new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, and proper use of storage of tools and equipment.
  • Completes cash reports, and makes daily deposits.

  • The ability to obtain (within first six months of employment) and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess the following:
  • work experience performing the following duties:
    • Leading others in food service facilities; and
    • Recommending and enforcing internal operating procedures; and
    • Assisting in training new employees to work situations, compliance with health and safety standards, and the proper use of storage of tools and equipment., AND
  • ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment, AND
  • good interpersonal skills, AND
  • ability to communicate orally (by word of mouth) and in writing.
