Required Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or Remedy ticketing systems (one required).
- Previous experience working within government agencies or contracts.
- Extensive experience in supporting large user bases (1000+ users).
- Expertise in Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with remote support tools like Bomgar.
- Bachelor s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with 9+ years of experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with call systems such as Amazon Connect or similar.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting large IT environments.
