We are seeking a motivated individual to join our implementation team. The ideal candidate will have a drive for customer satisfaction and be eager to grow and apply new skills.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to identify their business needs and guide them towards the best solution
  • Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending a solution to their current payroll process
  • Remain engaged with clients throughout implementation until they are up and running independently
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timelines
  • Exchange routine information with members of the sales and implementation teams, including priorities, timelines, and issues as they arise

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business or Accounting preferred) and/or equivalent experience working in a Business-to-Business client service environment
  • Payroll or HR experience
  • Comfortable with significant customer interaction and a strong interest in building relationships
