We are seeking a motivated individual to join our implementation team. The ideal candidate will have a drive for customer satisfaction and be eager to grow and apply new skills.
Responsibilities

- Consult with clients to identify their business needs and guide them towards the best solution
- Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending a solution to their current payroll process
- Remain engaged with clients throughout implementation until they are up and running independently
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timelines
- Exchange routine information with members of the sales and implementation teams, including priorities, timelines, and issues as they arise
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment
- Bachelor's Degree (Business or Accounting preferred) and/or equivalent experience working in a Business-to-Business client service environment
- Payroll or HR experience
- Comfortable with significant customer interaction and a strong interest in building relationships
