Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Project Manager to oversee and guide the execution of projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, a strong ability to facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing the scope, timeline, and quality of projects while ensuring that they meet stakeholder expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Agile Project Leadership: Lead the project team through Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop, manage, and track project plans, schedules, and budgets. Break down complex tasks into manageable components and prioritize them according to project goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders (internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors). Manage expectations and ensure stakeholders are informed about project progress.
  • Team Collaboration & Coaching: Facilitate collaboration within the team, encourage open communication, and guide the team through problem-solving. Provide coaching to team members on Agile best practices.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks to the project's success, develop mitigation strategies, and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating project performance, collecting feedback, and recommending process changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency around timelines, costs, and project health.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master, with hands-on experience managing Agile projects in a software development or technology environment.
  • Certifications: Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Other: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
