  1. Content Collaboration:
  • Work with content and photography teams to create visually and textually compelling content that enhances product appeal and storytelling.
  1. A/B Testing:
  • Collaborate with the E-Commerce Analyst to develop and conduct A/B tests to drive revenue and improve the consumer experience through various website merchandising initiatives.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the site merchandising team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Explore new technologies, tools, and strategies to enhance effectiveness and competitiveness.

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud strongly preferred
