Position Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Remote
Duration: 3-6 months (Parental Leave)

Job Description:
The Clients Growth team is seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team temporarily to cover for parental leave. This role is essential to ensuring that our team's productivity and strategic initiatives continue without disruption. The Marketing Coordinator will provide critical support for ongoing strategic projects, enabling the team to maintain its high level of performance and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Coordination:
  • Ensure the smooth execution of key marketing projects by managing timelines, connecting stakeholders, flagging roadblocks, and submitting requests.
  • Support the marketing team in achieving its goals and keeping projects on track.
  • Budget mgmt.: Track expenses, forecast future costs, and coordinate with SCM on AdHoc budgets. Ensure effective management of all Clients Growth campaign budgets.
  1. Assistance Executing Telehealth Marketing Campaigns:
  • DMM/EM: Implement direct mail and email marketing campaigns to ensure members are accurately reached and educated on their Telehealth services.
  • EMO: Oversee the deployment of marketing campaigns for our Expert Medical Opinion (EMO) service, connecting people with essential care.
  • Unattributed Member Marketing: Coordinate the marketing launch to members without a primary care physician (unattributed members). Partner with upstream teams to ensure required data is received, oversee implementation planning, QA, and launch.
  • Reimagine the Primary360 Contact Strategy: support senior manager/Director to finalize messaging research, develop reimagined marketing journeys, and ensure effective cross-functional partnership (SCM, creative, DE, DS, etc)
  1. Monitoring Campaign Measurement:
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics of our marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights to optimize campaign strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
Experience Level: Associate or Senior Associate
Key Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, driven, and self-motivated
Preferred Attributes: Ability to work collaboratively, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
