Essential Job Accountabilities:
1. Supports creation of detailed requirements (user stories) and actionable acceptance criteria to be consumed by the development pods in each sprint 20%
2. Supports agile processes such as inception, iteration and story kickoff, estimation sessions, and help to keep team up-to-date with changes in priorities and to be available to answer questions quickly 20%
3. Analyzes data to ensure features are aligned with product goals/objectives and delivering the most business value 10%
4. Facilitates user acceptance testing 20%
5. Develop and maintain subject matter expertise and understanding of the systems, capabilities, and respective technologies 20%
6. Interact with business partners, technology teams, enterprise quality teams, as well as channel teams to support loyalty needs and priorities 10%
Education and/or Background:
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
Field of Study:
- Business Administration, Computer science or other technology discipline, Project Management or related major
Top 3 skill sets required for this role:
- Understanding of Jira or other project related software
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to conform to shifting priorities, demand and timelines
Pay Range: $30-35/ HR
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
