Role Overview
As a Senior IT Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent across various industries. You will work closely with hiring managers, tech leads, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Outreach:
- Utilize job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and other platforms to source high-quality IT candidates.
- Engage with consultants from other firms and leverage references for strong candidate pipelines.
- Screening & Interviewing:
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Formulate job-relevant technical and behavioral questions for candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate technical screenings with the Tech Lead and hiring managers.
- Manage the interview scheduling process via Microsoft Teams.
- Candidate Management & Communication:
- Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
- Send interview feedback, rejection emails, and offer details promptly.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Client & Vendor Coordination:
- Understand the structure of IT staffing models (Bench Marketing, Sub-vendors, Prime Vendors, Implementation Partners, and End Clients).
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align candidate submissions with client expectations.
- Process Improvement & Training:
- Adapt to MNR s unique recruitment methodology, moving away from traditional consultancy models.
- Stay updated on the latest hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and IT industry demands.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in IT recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, and end-to-end hiring.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with IT job roles, technical terminologies, and recruitment trends.
- Recruitment Models: Knowledge of full-time, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), C2H (Contract-to-Hire), and W2/1099 pay structures.
- Tools & Platforms: Proficiency in Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, and Microsoft Teams.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to MNR s fast-paced recruitment model.
