Type: Contract ( 1 year +, could become perm)
Job Title: Administrative Training Coordinator
Location: Onsite, Saginaw, MI
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours: M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School Diploma required

Description
We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Administrative Training Coordinator to support our client’s growing organization. In this role, you will manage the logistics of training and team-building programs, ensuring seamless coordination of activities, schedules, and resources. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate room scheduling at Delta College for various training and organizational activities, avoiding conflicts with other meetings.
- Assist in developing training agendas for new hire programs, ensuring all materials are prepared and organized.
- Manage document printing, scanning, and filing systems for efficient record-keeping.
- Handle logistics for guest speakers, including room setups and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure seamless scheduling and execution of events.
- Assist in planning and facilitating team-building exercises.
- Work closely with Delta College to maintain an accurate and up-to-date course calendar.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma required
- Experience: 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred
- Soft Skills:
- Self-starter who takes initiative without needing direction
- Positive, people-oriented attitude that aligns with company culture
- Strong ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently without micromanagement
