Title : Workday HCM Analyst

Location : Evanston, IL (Strong Preference for Hybrid 2 days in Office)

The Senior HRIS and Analytics Specialist is responsible for the effective management and administration of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The Senior HRIS & Analytics Specialist oversees the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS (Workday) system and ensures its alignment with HR strategies and objectives.

Working under the Finance department, this role collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including HR teams, IT departments, and senior management, to enhance HR processes, streamline data management, and provide accurate HR reporting and analytics.

Looking for Someone that has backend Config experience, Has expertise with BP (Business Process) changes, making sure the right steps are configured, Experience in creating notifications, within a Business Process. In addition, must have experience in creating reports dashboards and having notifications through reporting.

Looking for someone that has exp with Workday. Atleast 5 years of HRIS / Workday experience.

  3. Core HR (Must know backend of HCM)
