Summary:
The Director of Product Management - Cash Recycling will develop a deep understanding of our products, internal standards, and differentiators, working to enhance communication strategies and raise brand awareness. Essential Functions:
* Oversee the end-to-end management of a strategic product line within the project portfolio
* Create engineering solutions that address market demand and enhance customer satisfaction
* Manage product enhancements through the Product Lifecycle Management process
* Conduct market research, analysis, and testing using various tools to gather insights
* Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing analytical insights to develop and plan creative strategies that offer customer solutions
* Collaborate effectively as a product solution manager, working across teams, including sales, engineering, marketing, and service departments
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology and Marketing or related field preferred
* 5+ years of proven experience as engineering, product manager, developer or similar role
* Strong background in financial institution or Cash Recycler manufacturing side
* Knowledge of product requirement analysis, planning, competitive analysis and product launches and/or integrated product strategy planning required
* Experience in product lifecycle management
* Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and several product application tools
* Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to present product solutions to customers and the sales team
Preferred:
* 3 to 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in the Banking, ATM, or TCR marketplace
* Track record of managing projects and working with cross-functional teams
* Knowledge of computer science and all Microsoft applications
* Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
