What will YOU be doing for us? Enroll participating members into a Holista Episode of Care efficiently and accurately with a focus on customer service and attention to detail
What will YOU be working on every day?
- Verify eligibility, collect and validate member details and manage medical documents
- Guide members through the enrollment process by researching episodes and providers that match to the members’ needs.
- Process enrollment requests from members, providers and client care navigation teams that come into the Episode Administration main contact line, Getting Started email and portal chats.
- Create formal correspondence to confirm receipt of episode enrollment requests and follow processes to notify appropriate external individuals (Members, Providers, Care Navigation teams, etc.)
- Work collaboratively with the Holista Care Coordination team on the transition of applicable patient episodes to their Care Pathway.
- Monitor patient status and contact patient and/or providers to ensure the transition between episodes has occurred and document progress in the Holista patient portal.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of different processing rules and requirements related to each client, care navigation team and provider network.
- Ability to efficiently and accurately enter required data.
- Establish and maintain an appropriate level of communication with management to address issues and concerns and take preventive measures that ensure enrollment accuracy and quality.
- Provide input to the operations team to effectively identify stable/unstable processes, variation, and root cause analyses.
- Work collaboratively and synchronously with the Service Line Owners and “gear masters”
What qualifications do YOU need to have to be GOOD candidate?
- Required Level of Education, Licenses, and/or Certificates.
- Associates Degree or equivalent years of experience in a similar role.
- Required Level of Experience
- 1-3 years of customer service, administrative support supporting internal and external customers
- Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, and email) at an intermediate level.
- Ability to remain organized with multiple interruptions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timelines and deadlines are met.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of internal and external individuals.
- Professional demeanor; Effective customer service mindset and communication skills both in person and in written documents.
- Ability to effectively present thoughts and respond to questions in a public speaking opportunity.
- Ability to follow, design, document workflows necessary for good business practice. Knowledge of or ability to learn and use Microsoft Visio (preferred).
