
Procurement/Contracts Manager
Evaluate and monitor service contract performance to ensure compliance with contracted obligations and statements of work; provide support on clarifying contract requirements and resolving conflicts.
Identify opportunities to improve supplier cost and internal cost management, while conforming with and supporting procurement strategies
Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes to improve customer service for contract administration/development
Prepare for and provide support during company and external compliance audits.
Ensure executed contracts are filed and incorporated in the Contract Module; advise business partners of upcoming contract renewal and renewal option.
Drive and support process improvement related to overall sourcing and procurement processes.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement and sourcing processes.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication.
