TechM Support team who can enable our Customer Relationship Management & Communications and Product Teams to have highly available, secure, reliable Salesforce Ecosystem

Primary skill: Salesforce Marketing cloud

Secondary skills (All or any of the following)-

  • All Salesforce Clouds Marketing; Sales; Service; Data;

  • Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) Services

  • CI/CD Pipelines

  • Jenkins

  • Copado

  • Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)

  • Virtual Private Network (VPN)

  • Platform Integration

  • Service Now

  • MuleSoft

Prior Experience required in all or any of the below functional areas

  • Operational Support

  • IP Warming

  • E-Mail Domain

  • Permissions Set Management

  • User Administration

  • Single Sign On (SSO) Configuration

  • Key Management

  • Short Code Management

  • URL Shorteners (Bitly)

  • Upgrades

  • Incident Management

  • License Management Utilization

  • Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
