Responsibilities:

Portfolio and Execution Governance Support:

Support monthly Execution Review meetings, including agenda preparation, stakeholder coordination, and presentation development

Maintain the Intake Backlog in OnePlan, ensuring visibility and prioritization of pending business requests

Assist with the Operations Review process, prepare data-driven insights for leadership discussions

Ensure effective portfolio governance by documenting processes, policies, and enhancements within OnePlan and associated platforms

Project and Digital Transformation Support:

Act as a liaison for OnePlan expansion, work with business units to scope and implement additional functionality

Manage OnePlan user administration, including license tracking, onboarding, and troubleshooting

Facilitate Power BI requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to optimize dashboard reporting and analytics

Contribute to Project Management and Change Management Communities of Practice (CoP) to enhance best practices and alignment

Support Value Management initiatives, work with the OnePlan team to build solutions that capture and track realized business value

Communications, Stakeholder Management and Change Management:

Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement tracking, ensure visibility without overburdening stakeholders

Collaborate with portfolio and program teams to craft and execute strategic communication plans

Develop and standardize messaging across regions, ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives

Prepare and distribute executive communications (e.g., leadership updates, OnePlan governance communications, process changes)

Lead change management initiatives related to portfolio execution, OnePlan adoption, and business transformation efforts

Develop training materials and guides for business units integrating into OnePlan and other portfolio tools

Serve as an OCM liaison between the GRA Change Management team and Portfolio and Program Management teams

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in communications, change management, stakeholder management, and governance processes within an enterprise setting

Proven ability to develop and deliver strategic communications for diverse stakeholder groups

Strong understanding of project management, portfolio governance, and intake processes

Experience with OnePlan (or similar PPM tools) and Power BI reporting is a plus

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, change enablement frameworks (e.g., PROSCI), and digital transformation principles

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and a consultative mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

PROSCI or Change Management Certification

Experience with SharePoint for governance and documentation

Background in training development and enablement strategies

Previous experience working with global teams in a matrixed organization

Experience working in pharmaceutical, regulatory affairs, or highly regulated industries

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
