Project Manager - Risk Transformation

We are looking for a Project Manager with a background in Risk Transformation, specifically in Front Office (FO) Risk, Credit Risk, or Market Risk. If you're a risk management guru with a passion for leading projects and driving change, we want to hear from you!

As a Project Manager in our Risk Transformation team, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects that aim to transform our risk management capabilities, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing regulatory landscape. Your expertise in FO Risk, Credit Risk, or Market Risk will be invaluable in helping us navigate complex risk management challenges and develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

* Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Finance, and Technology, to identify and prioritize project requirements

* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

* Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed

* Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle

* Provide project management expertise to support the development of risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Finance, Risk Management, or a related field

* At least 7-10 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on FO Risk, Credit Risk, or Market Risk

* Proven project management skills, with experience leading projects in a similar risk management environment

* Strong understanding of risk management principles, regulations, and industry best practices

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
