As the Manager of Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will oversee paid media, SEO/SEM, and third-party marketing to optimize our digital performance.

Your role will focus on driving traffic to our restaurant locations and online ordering platforms while ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of performance marketing, digital sales strategies and customer conversion tactics to optimize our e-commerce presence and drive revenue growth.

You’ll be a self-starter who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day management, using data to determine success and uncover new opportunities. The ideal candidate will be adept at juggling multiple projects, prioritizing effectively, and achieving exceptional results.

This role is hybrid and will be expected to come into our NYC office 4X per week.

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

As the Manager, Performance Marketing you will:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, programmatic, etc.) to drive online orders, and foot traffic.
  • Own paid search (SEM) and organic search (SEO) strategies to improve visibility and conversion.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • A/B test ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to enhance performance.
  • Partner with third-party delivery platforms (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats) to maximize digital sales opportunities.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, conversion rates, and LTV.
  • Develop reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Use first-party and third-party data to improve audience targeting and segmentation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including field marketing, creative, and technology teams, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
  • Manage agency partners and vendors to optimize media buying and campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Who you are:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic advertising, and SEO/SEM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions and ability to optimize performance based on data insights
  • Excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong project management skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and can adapt to shifting priorities

Benefits:
