Position Overview

Customer Success is our way of ensuring customers reach their desired outcomes using Convertr. Through our relationship and insight-focused customer engagement, we help our customers achieve their desired outcomes, leading to retention and growth.

Our customer success approach centers on teaching customers the best ways to leverage our application, helping them understand new ways of working, and advising them on the best data and analytics to access.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a technically savvy Customer Success Manager with a strong drive for results. In

this role, you will lead the day-to-day execution of one of our top client’s lead management operations,

ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with

internal and external stakeholders to drive measurable results and continuous improvement.

  • Engage with your book of clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for expansion that align with their goals, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently, within timelines, and aligned with objectives.
  • Optimize Convertr’s platform setup and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Manage project timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and drive execution across stakeholders.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Conduct QBRs and collaborate with professional services to meet the client’s unique needs.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by leading on projects that drive mutual success for both Convertr and the customer.
  • Continuously develop yourself through our feedback culture and be trained by leaders in the business to accelerate your career long-term at Convertr.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5+ years in a customer success or project management role.
  • Experience in lead management, marketing operations, or data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Experience in taking a consultative approach to building cross-functional relationships that deliver mutual success
  • Experience working cross-functionally and bringing different functions along the journey (sales, marketing, product)
  • Experience identifying business objectives and solving business challenges
  • Demonstrated success and overall accountability for running customer accounts or exceeding corporate business objectives
  • Experience working with Planhat or a similar CS platform is desirable
